I am an Iranian actress, television host and creator, and I live and work in Dubai. This is the English door into a site that is otherwise written in Persian. It is here for the brand managers, agencies and journalists who land on a Persian home page and need the important things in one screen.
I started on screen in Iran. Between 2008 and 2020 I took 41 screen credits in film and television, and the full list, title by title and year by year, lives on my filmography page rather than being summarised here. Somewhere in the middle of those years the audience moved. People who had watched me in a cinema, or in a series on a weeknight, started following me on a phone instead, and the work followed them there. Most of what I publish now goes out through my Instagram account, where 11.1 million people follow along, and through my YouTube channel.
Then I moved to Dubai, and the second half of my working life has been built here. This is a city with a very large Persian speaking community, and at any given moment a lot of that community is in the middle of a decision about a home, a school, a visa or a business. That turned out to be the conversation I was already in. It is why my work now sits in a few different places instead of one, and why my team reads messages in two languages every day.

You will not find an engagement rate, an audience breakdown by country or age, an estimated monthly reach or a CPM anywhere on this site. A number printed on a web page is out of date the week after it goes up, and a third party estimate of my audience is not something I am willing to republish as if it were a fact. If you are costing a campaign and you need real figures, tell my team the exact format you have in mind and you will get them from inside the accounts, dated, for that placement.
I am the brand face of TEX Real Estate in Dubai. In practice that means I introduce people to the team, I answer the first questions in Persian, and I stay in the conversation, because the people who come to me are usually trusting me before they trust anyone in this market.
What it does not mean is that I broker property. I am not a licensed broker. I do not hold listings, I do not handle transactions, and I do not give regulated advice on them. Every viewing, every contract and every transfer is handled by the licensed brokers at TEX, under their licence. If that distinction matters to your compliance team, and it should, it is written the same way in Persian on the consultation page.
There are accounts using my name and my photographs that have nothing to do with me. Before you write about me, or put my name in a deck, please check against the primary sources rather than a fan page.

Interview and appearance requests, and the fastest route to a human who can say yes or no.
Start with the media kit and the press page. If what you need is not there, write to my team and ask. I would much rather send you a correct biography line and an approved photograph than read a corrected version later, and I am happy to confirm a credit or a date before you publish it.
For interviews, please say early what the format is, who the outlet is, and when you need an answer. Timing is usually the thing that decides it.
This page is the only one written in English. The home page, the about page, the Dubai property consultation pages and the link hub are all in Persian, and together they are the complete version of the site. A browser translation handles most of it well enough to follow. You can write to me in English or in Persian, both are read, and the forms accept either.
